This isn't a review of embark entirely. I've been in twice trying to get an FHA loan. I chose embark after I was told they aren't as restricted by credit scores. Yet when I went in I was denied because of my credit, not only that but they did nothing really to try and work with me to try and figure something out to try and help. I've gone in twice. The first time was understandable my credit was a wreck. The second because there was still two small items on my score it was still a no. For a place that uses the church as a corner Stone of their business I don't appreciate being lied to. I will not be trying a third time. Thank you for wasting my time.
