The worst customer service! The system we were sold, after promises it can handle a "busy restaurant," can not. Crashes almost every Friday evening, and one year later, we can't even get a return email or phone call. Sugarbush Tavern is a high paying customer left in the lurch on the busiest of nights. Do not make the same mistake!

Overall, the system is okay. There are some frustrating aspects as there are with most POS systems. Generally the tech help is serviceable, but not really good at dealing with curveballs. Takes forever to get anything beyond the routine done. Been waiting over 6 weeks for them to change a glitch in their programming. Seems to be the norm. Contemplating switching companies.
