Feedback:

The worst customer service ever ! Not professional at all. I had to keep contacting them about my taxes because my tax information was never given to me. I had to request it. Shouldn't that be something already given to client?! Prices were never discussed and they told me they would give me a 50% off discount because of the horrible service. So then when it came down to me receiving my money they still took full amount from my refund. Discount was never given. WORST SERVICE EVER! Don't do it people!
