We live in Colorado and purchased a home in Northeast Nebraska. We used Elkhorn Valley Bank and Trust in Wayne NE to finance the home. The entire process was done either over the phone or through mail and was absolutely wonderful. The process was very easy, relaxing and the bank employees are a pleasure to work with.
