We made our second purchase from Elizabeth's Purdy Trucks and as usual they took GREAT care of us! We love our new Escalade! Want a "Purdy" truck? Call them....ask for Imer Lopez!

Feedback:

This place is full of scam artist over priced vehicles and false promises I'd walk before I'd buy anything from here ...

Worst place too buy a truck, on 1-8-2018 I bought a truck and the same day the truck had transmission problems I call and told them about it they say is not there problem so I had too pay $1600 to get it fix the owner and the son didn't care at all never again I would buy a truck from them I pay $30,000 this car lot is trash just like the owner.

Feedback:

Recently purchased a Suburban. The following day, engine light came on got it checked at auto zone, now it needs $1,000 worth work on it, the keyless start stopped working, then a week after that my driver door won't open (safety hazard). This is so terrible, even around the holidays. I'm almost due to have my baby and have to climb from the passenger seat to the driver seat which is painful at times. Who have money to pay for a car and monthly major maintenance. There needs to be a law enforce to protect every citizens from dealerships with faulty cars. Especially when it comes to a safety hazard issues. They have another Suburban on their lot identical to mines. I advise to stay away unless you can keep it for two days to see any issues will arise. My husband and I should've known something was wrong when we were told we could only test drive for 15 minutes. I know there's a way dealership can reset the sensor to turn off the check engine light. I can't wait when someone invent a sensor that will require by law to have on every vehicle, where it keep track of all engine and other warnings of the vehicle, so future customers can see track records before purchasing and dealership can stop getting away with not fixing a car before selling and they have to keep records of the car getting fixed. I will have to get a lemon attorney because this safety issue is a valid way to get out of this car.Update: the warranty doesn't cover what needs to be fixed on my car.Update: I was informed they were closed by my lender.

Feedback:

We bought a vehicle there in the year of 2017. Since then we have the vehicle for a little over a year now. When we first bought it, the back lift gate didn't work which we had to wait 2-3 weeks in order for them to order the parts and install it. The service was done off sight at another location, not too far from Purdy Truck's. The back armrest was loose. We asked them to fix it prior before buying the vehicle, salesman was unable to find a specific tool to tighten the bolt. We took it home and did it ourselves. 4 months in, we take a trip out of state. The vehicle ran its course to and from. When we came back, a day later.. I was going to run errands being that I just came back in town. I drove less than half of a mile from my house when the vehicle completely shut off on me. At this point, I was locked in the vehicle with my children with no way of getting out. Luckily, I managed to get out safely with the kid's. My husband gets home to call a tow truck. Eventually, taking it to a dealership, where they advise us that there was a problem with the wire harness and had been tampered with prior to buying the vehicle. The short in the wire had burnt out the wire harness completely, indicating, that Purdy Truck's was aware of this short in the wire harness and never mentioned it to sell the vehicle.Be aware of purchasing out vehicle's from them. Please, bring someone mechanically knowledgeable with you to inspect the car's there. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

Feedback:

Our experience with Elizabeth Purdy Trucks on Albermarle road was amazing. We were treated very kindly and the entire staff was very professional. Our salesman Vincent Lawson was the best salesman we have ever had. He was friendly and he kept us updated on everything that was going on during our visit. We bought a great truck and we appreciate everything the entire staff did for us. I recommend this car lot to anyone!

Feedback:

I bought a Chevy Tahoe from them, almost 4 years ago Mr Lopez was very hopeful in getting me the best financing and the car I wanted. I am having an issue with it now, but it's normal for a used car.
