This company was terrible. Our company used them for a little bit and it did nothing but stress everyone from the start. Hardly any of the swipers worked on anyone's phone and they promised to get this fixed, which never happened. I am sure they loved seeing us pay higher rates because of this. They kept over charging us repeatedly and assured us from the start we were not in a binding contract. Of course that was a lie also. I cannot believe the low levels people will go to make a few extra dollars at the expense of someone else. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE!This company's whole business model is a scam. They get fresh faced salesmen with promises of huge earnings and then sign up all their friends and family before they realize what a huge scam this company is. They offer a referral program to incentivize companies to refer their friends and partners which they do of course, before they realize what a bunch of scammers they are. They will tell you any lie that you want to hear to get you to sign up with them. They told us that we had no contract when in reality they signed us up for a 3 year contract with a $600+ ETF. They lied about their processing fees. They have the glitchiest, most amateur looking processing application imaginable. Their swipers basically never work (resulting in you paying higher fees). They promised better equipment that they never delivered. There really isn't one positive thing I could say about Eliot Management Group. I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star for this bunch of crooks.BUYER BEWARE!

I would never suggest working or using this company I work for them and recruited clients for the company and the manager of the Greenville office sign false contract up under my customers name and now they are in Lisa's if they can't get out of more did they agree to

I was was in a hurry and ignored the horrible reviews of Eliot management. "My Mistake". Before fully signing up and using their service I sent notice to them that I was not going to use their services. In signing up I could see that their customer service was horrible and I had been misled. I never accepted their credit card processing machine or used their services. Then three months later each month for the last 6 months I have been getting money taken out of my bank account by them for being non compliant with PCI. They are fraudulent in their practices.Do not be stupid like me. STAY AWAY FROM EMG.

Daren has been incredibly attentive and quick to respond or stop over if necessary. Not afraid to make a phone call to ensure all info is accurate, extremely helpful during the initial install and transition!!!

I have only been working with Eliot Management Group for a little over two months, but so far their service has been awesome. They have gone above and beyond to make me happy. They even lowered the rates I would be charged after the first month without me even asking. One of the things that really sold me on them was when they said that if I had a problem and called, I would not get a recording. They have a 24/7 support service and that a LIVE person would always be available. I hate talking to a machine. Eliot Management Group also seems to keep an eye out for anything that may be helpful in making my job easier and I really appreciate that. Thank you Noreen and Ginny. Recently they suggested a new website called PayTrace to do my credit card payment processing through. I tried it and I love it. I am now able fix my receipts to customers the way I want and the settlement report that is emailed to me each day has more details and still stays on one page. (My previous processing company sent a report, but it only had the total and I had to figure out if anything was missing or didn't process.) It is very user-friendly. The funds are in my bank account within two days as promised, sometimes one day. The only problem I have with PayTrace is that once it is set up, the username cannot be changed and since they used my email as my username, if I change emails, it could be confusing down the road. It is not a deal breaker, just a mention for anyone who is interested in checking PayTrace out (have the person setting it up ask you what username you want). Check out Eliot Management Group and you will not be disappointed.

Do not, I repeat do not use this company. Fist yea the sales rep speak a good game. Keyon and Shaun (manager) spoke to use and gave us the low down on what to expect and even offered to take over where square left off. All well and good. Then the fun starts. Get us the equipment and then we start getting charges and we haven't even processed any charges. Then the sales rep and manager quit calling after we submitted all the paperwork. Then when we finally get them on the phone they process a refund that never shows up. So back to trying to call them and no answer at all. So then I call the main office. I speak to another person that says pretty much the same thing and says she will send out the stuff to mail them the equipment back. Nothing. So then almost a $1000 charge for non returned equipment shows and now all heck is about to break loose. I've spent over an hour on the phone to no avail. This company will Rob you and steal from you all you get is an apology and put on hold. Do yourself and your business and do not use this company. I'm out alot of money with noone to turn too. They say they are all about customer service but they are not. They want your $$ and that's it. Onward to court for us. I will guarantee that this will cost them way more than what they took. I stress people do not use this company!
