Client Review on ELGA Credit Union Clio/Montrose

This branch is wonderful but the problem is most things have to go through their main office. You are not allowed to call the branch everything goes through their call center. My experience is I called on Dec 22 because I am locked out of my accounts because I forgot my password. (they forced me to change it awhile ago and I am not good at remembering things and I refuse to wright down a bank password). I called the call center on Dec 22, I waited on hold as I went through the automated phone system for over 10 min. I finally got a very nice lady but she could not help me with my commercial account and there was no one available at that time that could. She took my phone and email and promised that by the end of business on the next day someone would contact me. Well Dec 23 came and has gone and no contact. So I call one Dec 24 at 10 am in morning and now NO ONE will answer on the call center its closed for the Christmas. The credit union is open but I also have plans for today and do not have the time to drive the 20 min each way and then wait in line to possibly be told no one is available at their main office to help me.
