I am very frustrated with their service. They have never forgot to charge my account but it's been a year since they owed me $12.50 that had to be refunded and up until today I still have not received it after multiple attempts to call and remind them they owe me money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The worst worst company and service ever. I am canceling my contract with them after 1 yr and 8 months (Paying $300) because of their lack of communication, the card machine has a lot of problems, Only solution they had for me was “Turn of the machine for 30 seconds” It never worked. I had to research about the machine and had to fix many problems myself. They charged about $900 for crappy machine and fees. Now that I think about it, they scammed us. Very unprofessional. Very dissatisfied. Not recommend this company to my family and friends.

our business has been using EPS for years and we have always been treated amazingly. The customer service is wonderful and rates are extremely low. Blake always helps us out!

Awful. They have been very deceptive in dealing with our business closure. We cancelled our account over two years ago, but, reopened our account and started charging us monthly fees for two years. We didn't notice. We have since closed the banking account we used and now they have turned us over to collections for failure to cancel and pay - even though we did two years ago. They are being very deceptive with getting out of their system.

STAY AWAY from these guys. There customer service is horrible ive been a customer for six months and had no problem then the nightmare begin first of all they hang up my calls they started to debit funds out of my account they said the customer filed chargeback so i called my clients and they told me they never filed chargeback they even showed proof of their bank account statements and this is just not one client but atleast 12 of mines EPS takes the money out of your accounts and keeps it for themselves these guys are big crooks then when i tried to cancel the main manager started threatening me they will file a law suit then i had no resort than to reach out to my lawyer; he then wrote a letter to them. As soon as my lawyer wrote a letter they refunded all of my debited funds the moral behind this is that DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. These guys made me waste $400 on a lawyer to get my money back.
