Very unorganized. I would recommend selecting a debit company that has a local rep that will actually come to your establishment rather than playing phone tag with 5 different Eigen employees. Mailing devices back and forth is also very frustrating. We experience technical issues with their machines multiple times a week. Would not recommend.
