Bring back the drive thru. Nobody wants to go into a bank. Especially when you never have more than 1 teller working.

I closed my account in 2015. Since then, ESFCU has been unable/incapable of closing out a line of credit that continues to show on my credit reports. They also have been unable/incapable of disconnecting my closed account with utility bill. I get emails from ESFCU stating that my utility bill is due, and the amount. My utility bill, like the credit bureaus state that ESFCU must do something on their end. I’ve been trying for five years to get resolved I was very pleased with The Montgomery County Teachers Federal Credit Union MCTFCU. Once ESFCU took over, service plummeted and I ended my relationship. Despite tries to make changes on a line of credit that keeps appearing and my utility bill, ESFCU does not follow through. A very disappointing experience
