The staff has always been extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable! I’ve always been able to get help on what I need and the right guidance with my loans, me and my family have been members for almost 10 years now and we keep coming back because of their great customer service!

Frequently run into issues not due to branch but company. For instance no 24 hour hotline or not putting money I deposited into my account. Plus both atms are frequently down for one reason or another at least once a month.
