How do I even begin..? First of all I never write extensive reviews.. This one was needed though.First impressions: I thought I was walking into a "indoor junkyard", I would love to know the last time that cleaned this building. The building is incredibly dirty, unorganized, filled with junk and honestly a severe fire hazard. It took three staffing members to find the item that I came to purchase; leaving the clients that were already being helped in the store being left alone for a period of time. Afterwords, they were unable to locate where their shopping bags were underneath all of their clutter near the shop opening. I have never witnessed customer service like this; both the older man and woman were incredibly rude for no apparent reason.This is out of their control; however, this place has really piss poor parking.

Sold us a cash register that only fits American money and then refused to take it back unless we upgraded to a $900 machine. Totally rip off these guys are crooks!!

very very VERY poor parking to this place it is down right not even appropriate if you can find another place to get supplies from instead of driving around the place for 20 minutes then blocking of the alley to park where you can park sticking out well onto the alleyway to run of for an item that you called a week on advance for just to spend 20 minutes looking for the wrong thing was stupid

Great people. Good stuff. Lot to choose from. Very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended for people whonate looking to buy cash registers, printers, POS systems, and much more. Special thanks to Heather and Shawn who helped me get set up and program my cash register. Keep the good work up guys.

tried to buy a simple cash machine for my upcoming farmers market season....and this damn Thim Choy does not know to treat customers. Avoid him at all cost since he is a virus to customers. oh look, Thim Choy gave himself a 5 star review, what a fool.

Heather is such a nice lady, she sold me a great cash register and also trained me how to use it in detail. I highly recommend this place if your looking for reasonable prices. Also, BEST customer service I've experienced.
