I Just Went There With A Worker Of Mine And I Noticed They Had That Kirby I Always Wanted Know Info About It For My Kids So I Go Over To The Lady Ask Her May I Have More Info She Said About The Kirby Money Then Answers Phone Call Doesn’t Tell Me Excuse Me So I’m Standing There She Continues The Call Then Says I Don’t Really Know Anything About It You Can Ask On Of The Tellers But She Sure Did HelpThat Other Customer That Was On The Phone Just Thought That Was Very Rude.

Incredible experience , if your are new to Carlsbad NM . I Highly recommend Eddy Credit Union. In the pursuit of looking for a credit I came across rude and prudish banks /people here . Case in point don't judge a book by it cover folks . Guess I wasnt dripping with diamonds and dressed to the nines. I finally found Eddy Federal Credit Union . They were wonderfully sweet and professional . Courtney Fannin was exceptionlay professional and polite . After I finished with her , I spoke to Sylivia Jackson the( loan officer) . It was close to closing time but she did not rush me and answered all my questions and was very informative . Again please check them out , it is so taxing moving to another state , much less looking for a bank!Valeire Hogan
