honestly i understand the location is on the lower valley of Texas but they can not be speaking to you in two languages the staff are rude do not know how to answer the phone and the manager Alma either the position of manager is not right for her or she is just a person that likes to argue I called today and she immediately started screaming and arguing when I was making questions. Either she not fit for the position or she is just trashy and does not have any customer service skills.
