Pawned my 65in tv here March 12 2019 picked up April 15 2019 less than 5 min after picking it up plugged it in and tv is shattered they are refusing to do anything about it and when reported it to manager at that site she laughed and said I should have walked around store and plugged it in myself since the worker didn’t want to because they were too busy. Called district manager finally found him and got a call back to be told the matter would be looked into and see if they could do anything because policy is strict once it’s off their property it is no longer their problem. He lied and hasn’t looked into the matter and won’t return phone calls please please please do not pawn anything that is important to you or your children. This was our children’s tv.
