These guys have always treated me pretty fair. Prices on items are pretty fair too. It is a pawn shop after all. The business of making money not spending it. Chances are if you dont want it they don't either. The things I've got fair money for are either things I pawned and wanted back or really didn't want to sell. If that means anything.

Everyone knows how a pawn shop works, but what I don't understand is how you can take an item in and they turn it down, yet you take that very same item to the EASY CASH PAWN in Clarksville and they take it in no problem. So instead of doing business with the pawn shop I can see from my front door, I have to drive 35 mins and deal with the "other" easy cash pawn, makes no sense to me.

To the people who are one staring because of being turned down and or not having their items looked at for seconds before being turned down. YOU'RE LITERALLY NOT ENTITLED TO A CENT, if they don't have an interest in your item, that's it. They don't have to look at your item for five minutes to get a complete value of it, they're a pawn shop, they see anything and everything, so if you don't bring a high market quality product, you're the one who's at fault and embarrassed yourself if they give you two seconds and turn you down. They didn't profile you and or discriminate you, a junkie with track marks could literally walk in and if he has a ps4 or Xbox one, you bet your ass they're taking it. Wanna know why, cause it's worth money.

To be completely honest this place doesnt even deserve one star. I was just in there with my boyfriend trying to pawn a few things that are no longer needed & as we were walking up to the counter the guy pretty much implied our personal items were trash BEFORE even considering taking a look. He glances over at us as he was working with another customer & said "yeah I'm not interested." Then when we tried to show him the rest of what we had he said What we had wasn't really him & that he only accepts newer things. This isn't the first bad experience I've had with them but it will be the LAST. If i were you I'd take your business elsewhere. Completely disrespectful & not at all worth your time.
