Employees here lack customer service skills and professionalism. When I enrolled for a savings account, the lady was actually gossipping with her fellow colleague while encoding my details in front of me. Professionalism wise, they need to shape up or find a job that makes them happy. This branch isn't crowded at all but it takes so long for you to be accommodated.
