At first this place came highly recommended. They played games with me for over a week. They asked for proof of a legal document showing that it was being removed off my credit, after saying they didn’t care about it. I sent the proof the company said they would send the proof that it was being removed off credit report. Their legal department came back and said to say they needed proof again, but was given. The documentation I had to prove was sufficient enough from attorneys standpoint as well as the actual company. Attorney requested in writing what their justification was - they got super cocky and said they won’t discuss except with my attorney because they now realize this is a law suit that will be taking place against them. Best part of it all is on Tuesday I can buy any car off their lot outright which they fully chose to look over. I had quite a few recommendations that I originally handed out to people based on some referral thing they have. I made sure to let everyone know to go to a different place I used to buy my car today. Everything they say on their website is not factual, their cars are over priced when almost all of them have very high miles. The process is a joke, GO TO A BETTER COMPANY FOR A CAR! I wasted time on them and in a car already today and now a law suit against them. Their legal department which she said she is a paralegal pretends she is an actual attorney. Honey your not and you sound and act very uneducated, the lady who was helping with the loan process didn’t have a clue what she as doing and or could even do her job adequately. If I could give a negative rating I would. A process of well over a week was a complete joke, and the legal department maybe should get better schooling since they can’t read a leaf all document as proof. IGNORANCE- see ya in court it’s worth the money- glad I didn’t waste my cash on even buying out right got a better deal with a way better company who are educated and and not scam artists.

This is by far the worse car lot you ever purchase from they sold me a limited car everything was fine when I brought it of course they fix on it enough for me to say ok I’ll take it but then not even a month later my car had problems they only fix one problem under my warranty then after that they never fix anything esle this car has giving me nothing but problems since I’ve got it and nobody’s trying to do anything about it I’m jus stuck with fixing on it n payin a car note please nobody save yourself from getting played out of a Vehicle because this place will give you a bogus car

Spoke with Shawn on the phone and figured out what we wanted. Made the 1.5 hour trip to the beaver dam location. Left in my new beautiful van in less than 2 hours! I am so happy with this wonderful experience. I cannot wait to enjoy many adventures with my family. Thank you!

Until you have a good car buying experience you don't realize how badly other dealers took advantage of you or your situation....my purchase made me reflect on the past 2 previous dealerships that I've went to and omg.....what a night and day difference. Easton motors has my business and when my daughter is looking for a vehicle I wont take her anywhere else either. From being welcomed and treated great by Vickie during the application process to the quickly handled closing of the paperwork by Lori....others that should be mentioned are Larry, Mark and Dan. All who I have had contact with at Easton Motors after the sale have been wonderful. The respect is there and the customer service is 2nd to none. I have a 4.5yr loan and I know that this company will be there for me in any way between now and then....and knowing that kinda service is out there just takes some stress out of the whole car buying experience. I'm looking forward to buying the Camaro that I passed up....but when there's a gorgeous white Dodge Challenger in your driveway....you tend not to think about the future because the present doesn't get much better....-Justin Prahl
