I just wanted to say I had a wonderful experience at East Penn Auto. They are very understanding and are geared to the customers needs. I was looking for a car on the lot and they were only interested in the car for my needs. They talked with me and were not anyway aggressive into the selling of the car. If you are looking for a serious used car then I would recommend them. It is a 4 star operation. I came a distance and would do it again.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! selling damaged and unsafe cars and trucks!!!! Went to look at a dump truck they have crawled under it and the frame is split bent and twisted the engine is COVERED in oil that is actively dripping and the front end body (hood and bumper and drivers door) is redone and doesnt line up properly. the dump body is loose on the frame you can grab it and rock the whole thing back and fourth! yet its still on their lot advertised for sale as a nice clean vehicle! DEATH TRAP! also think they are quite handy with spray paint trying to hide all the rust and rot! place should be shut down!

Absolutely had a pleasurable experience, Sam was a great salesman to work with. I drove 2 hours to look at a pick-up and drove it home. I would wholeheartedly recommend coming here to do business, prices are reasonable, and a very clean and professional, no pressure, first class facility. I arrived a potential customer and left as friends.
