Do not use Dumbo Movers. They dinged tons of furniture, tried to upcharge me for everything and then cursed in front of my kids. Worse moving experience of my life.

Moved from NYC to Jersey City this morning - Ramil & Truck 24 made the move a breeze! They were punctual, extremely efficient, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend Dumbo Moving and particularly Ramil & Truck 24 to anyone looking for white glove service for their next move.

I was nervous I was going to get charged a lot extra going into this based on some reviews but, Truck 013 was amazing yesterday.We we’re done in 3 hours moving from my storage in NJ to my new place in Washington Heights - which was amazing! The team was efficient, so nice and cared for my items!Y’all rock!

Amazing staff ! PROFESSIONAL !Friendly team who came to help us on last minute call because we had issues with another moving company that I will never book or recommend again.Very professional. They showed up quickly, wrapped all our furnitures, excellent attitude. Everything fit in their truck.I deeply recommend them for their efficiency ! Thank you guys

Long post Alert!!Worst moving company ever, they are money making company, we recently did moving from them, including packing, 1.They got the boxes n said we will need more boxes, bcoz we gave them wrong estimate, after our moving, when we opened the boxes, lots of boxes were almost with nothing or half empty. 2. We send them the pic of wardrobe closet, they said it will charge $100 extra, we said ok. The day of moving, after they packed the boxes, one of the guy told us, someone from the company wants to talk to us, that guy told us for the closet, it’s gonna b $400. At last minute, we didn’t have any chance, so,we paid them $400 extra for closet. 3. When we opened kitchen boxes in the new house, lots of stuff got mixed and spoiled... Despite everything we gave them good tip, one of the guy told us, we should tip them 20%*** I want to give them 0 star, for the bad service n looting their customer..

By far the best experience I've had moving in my 6 years in NYC. Nikola and team were absolutely fantastic. The first time I've ever had movers show up EARLY. Professional, kind, and fast. In terms of booking, the communication was clear and fast. Dumbo provided the best flat-rate quote by hundreds of dollars compared to the other guys. I can't recommend these guys enough.Nikola, thank you so much!
