This business has been contacting us with scare tactics and threatening email. Threatening to file on our behalf with previous information, when we STOPPED using them. We only used their services for filing of 2016. We decided to not use them because they overcharged on our payment and it took more than 30 day, for them to correct and refund our money even with bank statements at hand. Now the have been mailing and emailing us with scar tactics and threatening language. This is agents the law. I have filled a formal appointment with the BBB, and I have asked for legal assistance.

The only reason there is one star is because I had to select one in order to leave a review. This accounting firm is negligible. Our personal accountant who was retiring handed over our business to this firm and they were completely incompetent. The practice upon request of the firm provided the business checkbook to review yearly for four years in order to reconcile the books and did not pick up the fact that employee quarterly payroll taxes had not been paid by the office manager to the IRS for a four year period. This significant error resulted in penalty and interest fees to the IRS totaling over $100,000. In addition, DRDA would not assume any liability. DRDA continued to send a $6,000 statement expecting payment for services rendered which was never paid. I should have filed a law suit against them. I highly recommend you avoid using this accounting firm.

Please do not use this company!!! They charge unusually high fees for practically doing nothing! Eg pulling up a standard one page template and charging more than $300! Things like what I could have done myself they don't tell you and charge you astronomically. I have spent thousands with them only because I was stuck in their BORSA plan and had no choice. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! If I could I would have given them no stars!!!!

THEY DELETE BAD REVIEWS! When I heard of them I checked the reviews first and they were horrible and all with valid points. I should’ve gone with the reviews. I read the reviews and because of that I hesitated but because my friend (who has a big company and can afford overpriced services) recommended them so I decided go ahead. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT !!!! I have a small business, which means every dollar counts and every detail counts. Details like the fact that they took WAY too long for something so small and simple, wanted to make it seem to me as though it was sooo complicated. Mind you, my company is a ONE employee company. That’s it, just one person and one service being provided, nothing more nothing less. And to top it off, they get extremely unprofessional and rude with you when you point out the disagreements. I went elsewhere for the services, they wasted my time and my money!If you care about your time and money then this is not the place for you. If you have no sense of organization and don’t care to know where your money is being spent then this is just right for you.
