Very friendly, no pressure environment. Explained the process of evaluating my jewelry and coins that I brought in. Since I just wanted to be free of this stuff and had no sentimental attachment to it, it was a great opportunity to get a fair price and unload my valuables. It's a lot easier than trying to sell it on my own. They also advised me on the things that they did not take (costume jewelry, non-precious metals, ordinary coins, etc.). I feel it was a fair exchange and I am happy with my experience.

Greg & his staff are always very accommodating, friendly & great to work with. They're very knowledgeable & you don't get that "pushy salesperson feel" while you're there, which is always a plus! You can't beat their prices & I love that they offer jewelry from local artists as well as high end pieces. Stop in, you won't be sorry!

I have been looking for a trustworthy gold buyer for years - not someone who is there one day and gone the next.I took in to Greg - unwanted, damaged, broken all different karats gold and silver jewelry. He did everything in front of me - checked it, weighed it etc. I even got several lessons!Greg and his assistants are so accommodating and friendly.Do NOT hesitate to go. Doylestown Gold Exchange is a great place to shop for your gold and diamond needs. The staff is very friendly and Greg (their Gemologist) is very knowledgeable and helpful. I always had an impression of "will buy your gold and diamonds" places to be a little shady but was pleasantly surprised to find this group very professional and helpful. The are very fair in appraising your old jewelry and offered a fair market value for our old jewelry and diamonds. Will use this place for all our diamond and gold needs.
