We have purchased pieces here in the past at their former location, no issues, very helpful. Went in today to have custom pieces sized..... the lady who took my rings said neither were able to be dealt with. More annoying and unprofessional than being of no help at all or suggesting alternatives she would not quit tapping her dirty acrylic nails on my stones! Rude, unprofessional, and of no help at all. We will deal with a more reputable jeweler in another area.
