Got a check around Christmas time. I sat on it for a month before taking the plunge. One lady there was not so great, but the rest I've dealt with have been wonderful. Always friendly. I get it, it's their job. But still. While I cant wait to pay this dang bill off, I'll definitely be back for future business I'm sure.

The staff there are polite, professional, and quick. I asked for a loan over the phone and they said all I needed was my check stub and ID. I WAS IN AND OUT OF THE OFFICE WITHIN 7 MINUTES WITH A CHECK IN MY HANDS. THANKS YOU DIXIE FINANCE 👍

The people in this place are bad customer service representatives. They treated my boyfriend so bad! They are horrible please find somewhere else to go because they don’t want or need the business for sure.
