Had a bad experience with one of the customer service reps, and while I won't mention names I will identify her as the Blonde. She had the worst possible attitude. I don't know if she was having a bad day or had some personal issues, but this is not the way you're supposed to act towards customers. I have since found a different company to help me in my situation.

I went into dixie finance because i needed a little help until next paycheck and the blond behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. She made it out as if i basically wanted a hand out since i needed a little extra money for my kids school supplies and can't afford that and all the bills as a single father!!! very rude and disrespectful lady, i left and got a small loan from TTCU and so glad i did, it had a much lower interest rate.

Waste of time, wouldn't answer questions, rude. Takes a half of a day to tell you if you get approved or not .
