They never answer their phones. I called 5 TIMES today & got their voicemail each time. Then when asking to get a document notarized, the 1 person they have to do it is unavailable. If it's not one thing it's another at this credit union. Every since it switched to DMCU it's gone down hill, looking into switching.

The staff is very friendly & helpful. Only problem I have is that I was issued a new debit card on Monday heard the teller call it in to be activated, said in 20mins it should be working. I went out to a restaurant that night tried to use my card twice but both times said it's declined, now today which is Thursday I go to the ATM it says I input the wrong pin no. twice that I created, but they never fully activated my card...
