Tried to get a loan to start a new beginning and move my banking to new credit union and get denied. When I went in to talk to the lady about banking wasn’t real friendly.

As a new potential customer, I could not have been less impressed with this financial institution. I received rude treatment by one employee in particular because I did not know that they didn't have a change counting machine. I left feeling embarrassed. I will neither recommend or step foot into a Diversified Credit Union again.

I switched from wells fargo after getting a great loan rate on a used vehicle! Now I do all my banking here and am very happy I switched! Never any issues with this place and Amber has been awesome to work with!
