Worst POS system I have ever seen. The software is old, outdated and slow. The owner Row is terrible at customer service and ignores customers. Our POS is 9 months old and still does not operate like a basic system and does nothing it promised to do. Cost us money the first few months as it couldNot even calculate correctly. It could not even calculate seniors discount correctly when we first got it and was over discounting. Gary the sales manager will tell you anything you want to hear but won't fix anything or ever call you back. Been waiting 2 months for a promised call back. Please don't risk your money find another supplier.
