My experience with Ditech has been very good. I just recently bought a house and they were the company that got my mortgage. I have been using their website to review & pay my mortgage. I must say the website and your account statement are very easy to use very well laid out. I also had to call customer service for a question I had. The woman i spoke with was very helpful and polite. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure i understood her answer. Thank you Ditech keep up the good work!!!!

We refinanced with Ditech last month. DiTech served us with excellent, professional service. The DiTech agent, Matt Balin, provided efficient and effective advice and guided us through the process. Ditech arranges for closing at the borrower's convenience, which for us was at home in the evening. I highly recommend DiTech.

I went to refinance my home, I initially went to a competitor to get a quote. I got a phone call from ditech seeing what they could do. First they gave me a better rate then the competitors and my goal was to remove my PMI which they were able to do. They were great through out the entire process, they took so much weight off my shoulders. They were great and not pushy, they gave me a lay out of options and the benefits and took the time to explain everything to me, even sending the notary to my home to sign the documents. From start to finish they were great 👍

This is the WORST mortgage company I have ever dealt with. They screwed up my payoff and charged me with late fees even thought my mortgage was paid off!
