I was appalled at the response from these people. They are meant to help us not get a payday loan but here i am having to get one because i got refused due to ONE bank charge coz of the contactless payment, ridiculous

Great for summer and Christmas or any emergency. Had many loans here. Staff always happy and polite. Especially Irene who I get almost every time. Very nice lady both in person and on the phone. The credit union provide an imperative service. Definitely a life line 100%. Thanks to all staff.
