Unethical at the least - the person on the phone was misleading on most every issue and flat out lied to me. the documents are written to confuse and when you look into the details, the terms are ridiculous. BUYER BEWARE - You are crazy if you ever consider working with this company.

I cannot even begin to tell you how awful this company is. We have done business with them for over 15 years but they have gotten worse and worse. Our last lease we went thru hell with them and said back then, once this one was complete we would never do business with them again. If your a new or existing business I STRONGLY suggest you go elsewhere. They charged us a personal property tax for the 1st time ever and said it was paid to the state. In our state you don't pay personal property tax to the state. After speaking with the Attorney General's Office its clear they are charging us and keeping the money themselves. They defraud customers intentionally.Direct Capital - Please don't respond with some phony canned response asking us to call you. When you call you are sent to cyber space and no one calls you back.

I call them just to find out the deal of the day and then offer to finance their business operations. If there is one business I know it’s cash flow. That’s why they call me Docter Balls Gumby! The service is good enough but things got really bizarre when the agent and his supervisor started to discuss what color hair styles they wanted. - Doc Gumby

Unless you have no other option don't enter into a contract with this company. I am currently trying to pay off the loan in full due to a fire loss and they are refusing to cooperate with insurance. PLEASE do what ever you can to help yourself to obtain financing elsewhere. This is the worst company I've ever done business with they operate in a unfair manner when it comes to paying off loans. IN my opinion its over the money they lose because we pay off early and would rather keep billing you. PLEASE don't enter into a contract with this company

Great company! We finance all of our 3d printers using them. I currently have over 150k in loans with them and they gave me the best price and service. I would highly recommend working with Elliot Hansen if you want to establish an account, he provides amazing service.

I used Direct Capital for two loans. When it came time to shut the business down they were completely mercenary and would not negotiate in any fashion. Before that time their customer service was God awful, for the most part non existant. And their rates are high. They may as well change their name to Direct Loan Sharks.
