Wouldn’t give my money back for not fitting my watch correctly. Wasted my time and money. The jeweler wouldn’t put the extra 30 minutes to fit it correctly because there was another older customer. This place discriminated against age and value of their customers even after I paid them. Try and download the letitgo app it’ll save you money.

I purchased a firearm my background did not clear I try to refund the money that I purchased the weapon before the background come through they said they would not give me $300 back only a store credit I wrote a bad review the manager called me and said he will refund my cash if I take the review down as a bribe So of course I took the post down long enough to get my money back now I’m telling everybody about the very poor quality of the store They have to bribe you to give you your money back

I purchased a gold chain from there from a lady named Kelly in 2010,my wife and I have been shopping at dicks starting in the 80s across from ocean lakes campground to present,it is hard to find a place to shop where you see the same professional smiling face year after year and rather we are buying jewelry or anything else she guides us in the right direction,thank you.

Best place to buy jewelry! Bought my girlfriend some earrings. Kelly and Frost helped me pick out a nice set and were very polite and professional. Kelly even wrapped the earrings for me. I’ll definitely be coming back!
