I currently have account there and they have denied me to transfer money over the phone. I’ve had other banks where I’ve proved information and they have let me transfer my money. This credit union does not I will be looking for a new bank in Montgomery county

This “credit union” exists only to collect and assess fees. If an item is brought to the account, but not paid, you are charged a fee. If you have overdraft “protection,” the item is not paid, but you are charged a fee. If a charge WOULD have hit your account, but you canceled it before it did, you are charged a fee (I’m not exaggerating.) I called this morning to dispute charges on my account and “Kristen” laughed and said, “good luck finding someplace that doesn’t charge for that.” I said, “my bank doesn’t.” She laughed again and said, “they must be the only ones then!” Imagine that: a credit union that ISN’T in existence for the sole purpose of charging fees! What a laughable concept! Except...MY credit union—Citadel Credit Union—is exactly that, and infinitely better than these crooks. Bank of America got sued for fraudulent overdraft charges to their customers. I’m thinking Diamond won’t be too far behind. Keep your money far away from these crooks!

This is the best credit union in the Pottstown area. Employees are always friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. Definitely better then tri County credit union.

Diamond Federal Credit Union allowed 12 fraudulent charges against my daughter"s debit card account over the past weekend and they were absolutely no help in resolving the issue. They charged her negative balance account $28.00 ELEVEN times due to insufficient funds from the repeated fraudulent transactions. This credit union is worse than a bank!

Was told a certain amount would be held from an Insurance company check I deposited. After leaving the bank, I realized that they are holding wayyyyyyy more than then the teller stated would be withheld. Ironically, she did not give me a receipt for the balance on my account, only the receipt that says how much was deposited. This is the second time I've had issues with this situation. The first time, NO HOLDS were placed on my account because they messed something else up. They put funds into some "other" category so that my card was getting declined. Ridiculous. I had intended to deposit a much larger amount of money in the near future however I agree with prior reviews, time to switch banks!!!!!
