Tellers no longer have money at the desk. You have to fill out a slip and take it to a phone booth in a wall where you wait for a cranky teller on the opposite side. Never used it before, asked the front desk for help and they got snippy as if i was being an inconvenience.. Nobody else was in the branch. Considering leaving for a new bank
