I would like to share my experience with DHFL. It was very unfortunate i approached DHFL for a loan and they sanctioned 75 Lakhs as per my requirements. Its been 4 months this process is on and i have never seen such an irresponsible team acting like frauds or criminals (They did a criminal offence too, coming to that). After so many issues with your company lawyer Mrs. Saritha, she is good for nothing and irritated the land owner like anything because of lack of knowledge and her ego and on the date of property registration she called the guy who came with the cheque and asked him to hold as she didn't received any documents for registration (Understand registration has done and land owner was waiting to get his funds. If your lawyer dont have any documents how can you release cheque for registration?) Another thing is they sent ECS request to wrong bank and i informed them on July 23rd you have requested ECS in wrong bank and correct it. They told they do it and by august 10th they run ECS on same bank and its got rejected and asked me to pay Rs.5000. What should i say about this??? Further your office guys called me and informed they reduced 6 lakhs of loan amount from actually sanctioned. I asked Mr. Sanoj without informing how is it possible ? Mr. Sanoj replied me in mail that they have a request letter and loan downsizing agreement signed by me and my wife. I never seen such a document and me or my wife never signed it.Understand The loan amount was 75 lakhs initially and i signed that document. After that they reduced to 71.49 and in loan agreement this amount is manuscript not printed . So they do any fraud activities without informing a client and doing CRIMIAL OFFENCES . And finally they made it 65 lakhs with a FORGED Document. When i questioned about this fake document Mr. Sanoj replied me he is convinced by his sales manger and sales manager Mr. Ajostin is a genuine person and i am the liar. I was shocked and went to his office in cochin, he was in his cabin and Mr. Ajostin also were there Along with ASM Mr. Ram. I asked Mr. Sanoj to question Mr. Ajostin with my presence and Mr. Sanoj told me you go legally and he dont want to meet me. I DECIDED TO PROVE THIS LEGALLY AND I WILL TEACH HIM WHAT IS A FORGED DOCUMENT AND ITS PUNISHMENT. Mr. Sanoj send a mail with loan disbursement schedule to my email and he clearly mentioned 20% on completion of RCC. I completed the same and send him photos and he called and asked me to complete house then he disburse funds. Whats the point i took a loan for construction? As i had such a horrible experience with DHFL i decided to move legally as without my knowledge they used my signature and my wife's signature and other insults i faced will be questioned. Also informing you i am no longer wish to continue with DHFL and i am ready to close the loan with immediate effect.

Very bad experience... Six months back I applied one purchase loan and I paid the service charge amount of rupees 2,950/- after documents verification they sanctioned my purchase loan after that I was paid the advance amount of rupees 2 lacs to seller... But few days later they told me that bank facing some financial crises so we are not able to provide the loan amount. I was shocked because they already given the assurance for purchase loan. And I arranged the said amount from other bank.Dear customers don't trust this bank they are cheaters. The service charge amount of rupees 2,950/- didn't get back yet.

It may be the worst customer supporting firm in the world.If you have any deal with them ,you are like trapped.They will never assist you for any of your concers.Please dnt make any deal with them.
