We have a home equity loan through DFCU. Twice now when we have a deposit to cover the automated withdrawal from checking they have placed it into savings. They sent us a notice that we were delinquent. We have had to correct the error. This is at the Fairlane branch only so far. Do not use the Fairlane branch .

Since when does credit union ATM charge a $3 fee to withdrawal? My card is from a credit union, not DFCU but that has never mattered before. So disappointing!

So here's my gripe. I cash company checks at all other dfcu locations no problem. But for some reason at this one they said they want to hold my check. I mean come on....It's for 28 dollars. I can go cash this at the liquor store down the street and they don't even know me. I've been a member with dfcu, and everything's great... but WHEN THE LIQUOR STORE TRUSTS YOU MORE THAN YOUR BANK.... there's something wrong.On top of that I was told that I couldnt use the bathroom because it wasn't public. This branch is wayyyyy different than the 4 I'm used to going to.

I've been with DFCU for a long time, no major issues good online services. It's nice to be able to use any CoOp or 7/11 atm free, and less shenanigans or fees than big banks.

Great customer service, convenient location (especially for those working around the area), friendly staff, quick service. They never cease to greet me with a smile and treat me like a human being. Keep it up!

DFCU has been my GO TO bank for over 40 years! OUTSTANDING service, rates, and ease of obtaining loans! Never had a bad experience with this branch!
