Great Bank! But I think they can make the loan process much better. It takes too much time and let customer wait. Everything can be done on online and simply customer can come branch and pick up check. It doesn’t have to be taken long time.

I have been banking with Delta Credit Union for just a few months. I started with just a savings account so I could be a member to see if I could possibly refinance my car loan! By being a member I also got a great discount on my car insurance! They are very informative and helpful! Thank you!

If you want to login into a time machine and feel like how a bank will be 30 years before step into Delta community credit union. you entire day will be wasted in bank , jordan who works in bank is extremely friendly and tried to help me , but the process followed in the bank is extremely cumbersome and need to spend lot of time in bank as all the work is approved only in the back office you need to keep waiting .. waiting .. waiting. one example from banks policy : 30 days to activate your online account .

I have been a customer for over 2 years with this bank and I have always deposited a large amount of money. I recently tried to apply for a car loan under $28k and they disapproved me. They inputted the wrong loan amount that I needed financing for, amongst other things. I am making $6k+ per month and my credit score is perfect. I have NO debt. They told that my credit score is lower than it actually is and said I have multiple debts. A lie. Those accounts were paid on time and closed (i.e. my very high credit score). I believe their intention was to have me pay a higher APR. Delta Community Bank is NOT on yours side. The bank manager Raj, did not want to give me a low APR. They submitted my application WITHOUT my confirmation. That can't be legal. They claimed they would fix their errors on the application at the end, and voila, they submitted my application without my authorization. They submitted an application filled with THEIR errors. We ended up going to another bank that is more reliable. Don't waist your time with them and dont believe their promises! If a person who makes $6k+ per month, and has a very high credit score can't get a small loan....well, consider those who makes less. Very disappointed!

Don't waist your time with this bank, very unprofessional and rude staff, I had 3 fraudulent activities on my account in less than a year. Each activities I noticed after visiting the bank. Had to cancel my card multiple times, very risky bank.

They should improve their mobile app. It looks like it was developed 10 years ago and never updated since then. They also declined my car loan application for no reason. I got approved by Suntrust (~5%) and CapOne (~4%). I still like this location and service is always welcoming.
