They are all really nice people. It was a very low pressure sales environment and it didn’t feel like they were trying to force me into a sale, one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had! That being said, the vehicle I bought was a POS and I’ve had nothing but problems with it. The check engine light came on as soon as I left the lot. Brought it back, was told it was fixed, and again as soon as I left the lot it came back on, brought it back again and once again was told it was fixed, but the truck hasn’t run right since. I was also told it had brand new tires on it and a month later I had to put 2 tires on it because the inside tread was bald and I was told by them that it was “normal wear”. I’ve put thousands of dollars worth of work into it since I bought it and every week something else breaks. It’s left me stranded, broken down 3 times, so much so that we bought AAA coverage cause we don’t feel comfortable driving long distances. If your going to buy something from them get it checked by a 3rd party mechanic first!!!

I participated in their parts and service departments here at DeFelice recently very pleased with the work that was done to my vehicle pricing was very fair very friendly staff knowledgeable in the in years ago I have bought a vehicle and was very pleased with the sales people that are on the premises as well
