Client Review on Dee Jays Custom Butchering

We bought a hog twice this last season from a farmer and he uses Dee-Jays for his processing. Whenever you get an animal processed there is always the chance of the butcher keeping some for themselves on the side and you never really know right? Well after we picked up our last hog two months went by and we were happy with our meat and the job they did and I got a phone call. It was Dee-Jays apologizing that they missed a box of our pork in the freezer. It was a large box too full of a lot of bacon which is our fav. They could have just kept it and we would be none the wiser but they were honest and called. That really said a lot and I think it should go in a public review because it helps build trust in a business. Thanks for being top notch Dee-Jays!
