I have always had a great experience with Deb and her staff. Everyone is always very friendly and helps with whatever questions I have. They are great!

This agency is terrible now. Since the lady I started out with left you can't get anyone on the phone. You leave messages but no one calls you back. I finally got feed up and cancelled by policies and went somewhere else. Problem is they took the monthly draft anyway. Don't know how long that will take to get back. Ugh!

This branch is awful & I wish I could give them zero stars. The receptionist is extremely unprofessional and clearly doesn't understand she is working in a customer service industry. I had my state farm branch fax their office twice to remove me from their policy since I decided to switch to someone else. I called the second time to make sure they received it & to confirm I would not be charged again for that month. The receptionist said yes I have it you're all taken care of. Yet the payment was still taken out of my account. When I called to ask what happened & that I would need a refund the receptionist continuously interrupted me & answered questions I wasn't even asking. She said some other very disrespectful comments & at one point laughed due to my anger. I asked who else I could speak with which she replied "no one" & then I asked who else I needed to ask for and she was very resistant to give me another name and stated "I'm the receptionist so I'm going to answer the phone regardless" again, not the question I asked. Do not waste your time with this branch. Clearly they hire incompetent people.

Only gave one star because I had to to write this review. We have been with this insurance agency for over 5 years and all was well until one of Debs agents Tina made an error that cost my husband $200. An error that could have been fixed but instead was not and for the past 3 weeks I have left daily messages for Deb to personally contact me back on the issue at hand, and either her agents are not giving her the daily messages or she is avoiding the problem which all in all is completely unprofessional. We too had good things to say until we had a problem. And the turn over rate is ridiculous, obviously that shows that this place has more problems than u know. I have asked for a transfer 2 weeks ago and STILL NO TRANSFER. Next is to speak to my attorney and report this agency to the higher power. And will continue to let people know how unprofessional this agency and it's employees are.
