I shopped around for a few weeks to find the best deal for my business and these guys take the cake. Easy to work with, great customer service, and their online portal allows you to track your sales. I highly recommend.

We have used their service for over three years. I have to say they have excellent customer service. The rate is very low and they match the lowest rate in the market. The most important is whenever there is a transaction issue, their service technicians will come to store the same day to fix whatever the issue is, even on weekend!

Datalink Bankcars Services has been by far, the worst credit card processing company. They supposedly never received my fax notices for cancellation and was told in person by a representative the monthly fees were nominal. After one week use I thought I cancelled. I was deducted monthly an exorbitant amont for not even using the device on my smart phone. Then today, I noticed they deducted another 50 bucks from my checking account. This was after I cancelled almost a month ago. They were "kind" enough to refund my 95 dollar annual fee but had to deduct one more month. People, please be aware that this company will not be an asset to any business whatsoever and make sure you read the fine print before signing anything with this business. So disappointed in their customer relations and business ethics.
