I just completed my second substantial purchase this year from Dan. Everything was 100% as promised and no issues whatsoever. I looked at many places to buy a used tractor before going to Dan’s and am glad I found them and bought from them. Top notch!

In regards for Dan McNairy Equipment (Explanation for Kyle Land Problem)Kyle Land Wanted to purchase a Case 850L Dozer, We started the process for him buying it around august 8th, he was turned down by the first bank he tried to get a loan through. We tried to help him with another company to finance for him and they required 30% down, he could not do that. About 8-10 days went by waiting on him to come up with the money and we had multiple people wanting to purchase the same unit. We were not sure he could get a loan, ( given 10 days went by) so we sold it to another customer who who had the money upfront. Kyle land got upset at us for selling it to another customer and we had no intent to do him wrong by any means. We do our best to treat every customer like we would want to be treated, this situation is miss construed by far and did not sell it out from under him. He had no deposit or anything and multiple attempts to get a loan led us to thinking he could not get the money.

Dan and Dan's Equipment Sales is one of the most dishonest companies I have ever done business with. If you are in the market for Farm Equipment or Heavy Machinery, I would highly recommend choosing another company to make your purchase. If I could give less than one star I would. Dan is an absolute crook!

After 6 months of searching for a preowned Kubota tractor, I had decided to do business with Dan McNairy of Dan's Equipment Sales. I am so glad I did. My 2011 mint, L4400 HST, was delivered to me all the way in Alabama. Joseph with Dan's Equipment Sales, spent 30 minutes with me going over the features and operation of the tractor. Quality company and people! I love the tractor and it has been a perfect machine. I would definitely buy again from Dan's Equipment Sales. 😆
