Feedback:

They took advantage of me after they called me for weeks to arrange apointments. The card machines do not work fast and I can not speak to someone who can fix anything. I have to work with another company now who helped me. Stay away. I wish I read the last comments and reviews from others first.

I am not one for writing complaints but this company have pushed me to my limits. I used to have my card terminal with them as they were reasonably priced and said they were a local company and I like to support local companies where I can. The terminals were not the best, were very slow but that was manageable. They invoiced me incorrectly persistently and when I notified them off their mistakes they were very bad at communication with me and when they finally followed up with me they were aggressive and unprofessional. They called me persistently when I was already a customer of theirs and bullied into making ‘appointments’ with them when I did not need them. I don’t know what this company uses to store their information on clients and potential customers but I can only think it is substantially lacking and I’m almost certain they breach GDPR regulations as they are always very suspicious when I tell them to update their systems, ask them where they get certain personal bits of information from and request not to be called again. When I finally left for another company who just do the job no fuss I kept being invoiced for not paying bills when I did, and have the direct debit evidence to prove it. The amount I am apparently in debt to them differs from letter to letter. I still get calls from this company and if I continue to do so I will follow through with having the company investigated for GDPR breeching. This company deserve to be fined properly and I can only hope they learn how to be professional.

Shocking service, mostly due to its absence. They have amazing sales guys who promise the world but then they don't deliver. They literally dumped the terminals with a 5 min set up talk, half of our terminals never worked and the other 2 were terrible. The GPRS didn't work in any of our contracts. The Wifi terminal was supposed to use a hardwire but ended up being sent needing a phone line (which we didn't have). The terminals were slow and crashed multiple times a day. We had a 48 hour period when they simply didn't work and we weren't able to contact anyone until the monday morning - so no payments for a whole weekend.They are hard to find who to contact, when we do get through they rarely recognised our merchant IDs so 'couldn't help' and the rest of the time the fobbed us off with fixes that didn't work or excuses.We decided to try a different supplier, who have been 5*. They are called PaymentSense and they buy out the contracts up to £3,000. Unfortunately CutPay have sent us a £3,850 final settlement to close the account - which is obviously obscene. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - because they basically are, feeding on the weak and inexperienced!

Can you please stop cold calling my business everyday. After getting tired of all the calls I asked around and have heard enough negative comments to make me wonder how this company is still in business. I don't know who seems unhappier in the comments the employees or the customers. good luck to anyone who deals with them.
