Client Review on Cunningham Security Systems

Feedback:

I had great service from SOS Security for years and then Cunningham Security took over. Their service went downhill immediately. I called for service several times and each time they could not figure out what the problem was. They replaced parts that did not need replacing (and charged me of course) Twice they could not find the code needed to access my system and had to come back a second time. The last time they came I was told that my system was outdated ( it was updated only 5 years ago by SOS)and I needed a whole new system.( this was after they installed new parts) When I questioned their methods, they talked down to me like I was an idiot. Finally, I canceled my service. 2 weeks later I received a bill for a service call that took place over a year ago that I was told at the time that I would not be charged because it was a repeat visit which was their fault. I guess that was their way of getting back at me for getting rid of them. It took them 2 weeks to cancel the monitoring service. The service was still calling me asking if my phone was out of order. I hired another company and my system works great now. I would not recommend this company....one star was too many!!
