Feedback:

Awful customer service, constant problems with the system crashing. Service only got worse with "update to emv readers" I have left numerous voicemails asking for someone to call me back with no response. When the techs do come out to fix things it's in peak rush hours, and they never seem to know what they are doing. As I write this I am waiting on a call back and they have been logged in trying to fix an issue for 2 1/2 hours.
