Had an interview here last week... to start off it was just awkward in a sense of uncomortability. The interview started out as, so I have 2 concerns, “Your linkden is not updated” & “your a little young” mind you I’m 20, and have plenty experience in this industry. Then he proceeded about my resume and how it didn’t make sense.. then told me he’s a single dad and asked what I am doing this weekend.. after that he proceeded on about what my credit is like? If it’s good or is it bad? I’m sorry but I’m not applying for a house, I’m applying for a job...

CrossCheck has been providing me with check guarantee for checks issued from my customers to my business. I have used their service for approximately 3 years. According to them and to the best of my knowledge there has never been any kind of claim on my account. A check that my company accepted in November of 2017 did not clear the bank and was returned to CrossCheck for $3152.00. This initiated CrossCheck claim number 9113410. In December if 2017 I noticed a debit to my company checking account of $3152.00 generated by CrossCheck. I immediately call CrossCheck to find out what had transpired. Of course, they told me the check had been returned and they were not going to guarantee the check. The reason they were refusing coverage was because the check had a PO box not a street address. The check did in fact have a street name hand written on the check, which is allowed. However, the street number was not included. I asked if I found the missing street information if they would run the process again. The answer was YES. I was not in my place of business until the first week of January 2018 to do some research. In mid January I called CrossCheck with the missing street address as well as two phone numbers and email addresses. I was told they would consider the claim again. I received a call from them on February 05 2018 and was told they would not reconsider. I asked for a manager and was told they were busy. They were supposed to call me back, but by noon of February 06 2018, I called them. I did get to speak with a manager Chris Pounds. I'm not certain of the last name. He informed me that there was no further recourse for me.

Never do business with this company. This is the most dishonest company we have ever had the misfortune to get involved with. DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFO EVER.

Dumb business model, corrupt and evil people running it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at any cost!

If a check bounces and they cant collect, first they say you screwed up, then when you prove them wrong, they cover it and jack your monthly fee up to cover the checks. Crooks are what they are.

We have been with them for over three years. They have done a good job communicating with us and ensuring we are following procedures to ensure we get paid. We have never had an issue with them and am well pleased with the service they provide.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We had a sales rep come into our business on behalf of Crosscheck and was incredibly misleading and deceptive. They will say and do anything to appear credible and legit, but they are far from it.

Rip off. Stay away from this guys. First they promise you nice and easy terms like low cost and no cancelation fees. But later, on you first bill you have to pay double what you should and if you decide to cancel their service be ready for unauthorized charge for $249.

These people are extremely rude. I guess it is a collections agency and they probably deal with unsavory people on a daily basis. However, they called me by mistake and were rude and nasty with me like I owed them money. This was a mistake on their company's part and they treated me like I was a part of the issue. Sad!!
