I recieved a new debit card from my bank and updated it online almost a week ago. My payment was processed on the old card (which had the same number) and didn't go through. When i reached out to a representative from Crest Financial, via chat, Alberto was very kind to my situations , patient, and prompt with a resolution. Thank you Alberto for being efficient and fast so that I could go on with my daily tasks. I wish other companies were more prompt with their chat agents.
