Seemed like a good deal at first, but I was wrong, while the people are nice, I have lost, lost $60 by putting money into a savings account here. Even the big banks that doesn't happen.

I will NEVER return to this branch. The atm did not give me the correct amount. I asked for 60 dollars and a receipt and it gave me 40 dollars and no receipt. Of course the bank was not open so I just lost money. You should be able to trust the ATM. The security guard, on older man who stands near the atm is incompetent. I asked him is there parking for customers he tells me to go straight down the street. Straight down the street leads you to another street not a parking lot. When I returned and asked again, he says you went the wrong way you should have turned into the alley? Wait you meant he alley with the one way sign that I can't turn down.

Do not open an account here... Had a check deposit returned of 400 and now they are holding a $3840 deposit and will not allow me access to any of my funds when I have bills to pay. The bank was furnished with confirmation that the check cleared the bank it was drawn on still they refuse to release the hold on the deposit. Filed complaint with NCUA, BBB, Consumer Affairs, and reached out to NBC10 consumer affairs. Read the online Yelp reviews this bank is known for freezing customers funds and not allowing them access to their own money. They use the excuse that they are researching the account due to red flags all along collecting interest on your deposits they are holding. I am shocked that this place is still in business so beware. You can judge how responsive these people are by looking at the responses to all the bad reviews they actually only took the time to address a couple while ignoring all the rest.I can be contacted by email or phone at 609-528-4805. I spoke with people previously and been told rudely that the bank will decide if and when I will get access to my own funds. I have bills due and am accumulating a late fee each day my rent is late. To think I was so excited to open an account here and begin moving all my money here and was going to get my first CD. I understand the bank if protecting itself from fraud but they were furnished information from my college where the check was issued showing it cleared their bank and your corporate acct. review Dept told me they did not care, I told them I was filing a complaint with NCUA and other agencies he told me to go ahead and do it as it won't make him remove the hold from my deposit. They won't even give me a date I can access my funds or anything.

There ATM machine is old ,and do not clair the money right away. But the one in Ewing Clair your money in minutes ..and you don't have to use envelope for deposit. Because it counting the money at the same time you put it in. Love the Ewing ATM..it's not too many branches. Why you got to use an old ATM to make it hard on customers.
