Feedback:

In branch service is mediocre at best. Phone service is horrible. Will at their service center is as rude as can be. I dread having to call now that I moved away from the branches. I cannot wait to be rid of my accounts with them.

Had an inactive checking account there and accidentally wrote a check which caused our account to go negative. The rep ONLY reached out through a very sketchy email about contacting them. No phone calls, no letters. After 30 days, they reported us to the credit bureau over $70 and ruined my credit. Still haven’t gotten any collections letters, just the bad credit reporting. I stopped using them a few years ago (but still had the open accounts), because I tried to reach out to use them for a mortgage on our house and they couldn’t have cared less. Went with another mortgage broker. There’s no point in using this credit union.

Just moved from LA and had some trepidation about doing business here after reading the reviews! But I needed to buy a car and required the shared services of a local CU to issue and pay with a cashiers cheque. In short, due to Fed regs I had to set up a local acct to make the payment - Mandy made the set up of acct n transfer of funds go quiet smoothly, returning calls, etc - on the desired day I had the cashiers cheque issued with no problems and purchased the car! They may have had service issues a year ago but they seem to have addressed them by now - the various times I was at the branch everything appeared to run smoothly with no CS issues.

Needed to deposit a shared services check at this location. Easy in and out. No problems. Good customer service.

ATM froze on blue screen “ processing “ sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes while they tell us it’s working fine.

One star is being generous! We opened an HSA with them 3 months ago and our debit cards STILL DO NOT WORK. Unacceptable!

Before you put your money here ask yourself if these people would even talk or look at you if they saw you out and about. These people do not help the community, they leach off of it.

Mandi (the Assistant Branch Manager) was supposed to contact me about qualifying for a mortgage, but after about a month of phone tag I decided to take my business to my mom's bank instead. I figured they knew I would pay the mortgage off since they saw that my mom paid her mortgage off with them. I was right! Go to Wells Fargo for your mortgages folks!
