So I just spent 15 minutes on the phone waiting for an actual person to talk to. That didn't happen. After following the prompts to activate a debit card, the line just hangs up. Did this twice. I bank at this place and am very disappointed with this level of service. So I'll be driving across town to talk to someone face-to-face which is a huge waste of my time. Might be time to surrender and just bank somewhere else. Credit Union - 1, Joel - 0.
